Took Mag(the wife) for breakfast in the van by the river,I just happened to take the boards along - just in case.I was not holding out too much hope as it was low water at midday and I did'nt fancy along walk through the mud !!!! It was not too bad at about 11 and the wind was gusting to 25mph+ so I rigged 7.5 in an attempt to push 30 kts on the longboard !!! After a 100m walk in the mud I made it to the water,then reached to Harwich to see the damaged cranes at Felixstowe docks then reached up and down the river for 1hr 30mins but only making a top speed of 25.9 mainly because it was quite choppy and I could not sail broad enough because of the lack of water.Getting back ashore was abit of a nightmare because of the long walk in the mud!!!
We the had dinner and went for a 2hr walk along the river - a mega day !!!
